An 84-year-old man is accused of selling more than $200,000 worth of counterfeit merchandise in Delray Beach.

Ronald Axelrod was busted at "Ronnie's Shoes" on Atlantic Avenue, where Palm Beach County Sheriff's investigators received a tip from CrimeStoppers that he was selling phony high-end designer handbags and accessories.

An undercover deputy purchased several counterfeit items bearing names like Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Prada at much lower than average prices.

Axelrod admits to having served jail time for selling counterfeit items in the past.
